Overview of the system
LS One suite components
The components are:
Site Manager.
The Site Manager is a lightweight back office system based on .NET. All configurations for other components are done through the Site Manager. The Site Manager will also be the intermediary between the ERP system and the LS One POS.
LS One POS
The LS One POS handles all necessary POS operations in a retail environment and is open to any specific modifications. The LS One POS system fully integrates with the Site Manager, making a powerful end-to-end retail solution.
LS Site Service
The LS Site Service is a service that gives the LS One POS access to centralized data in real time, such as hospitality table statuses, centralized transaction suspension, gift cards and credit vouchers.
Data Director (DD3)
The Data Director (DD) is a software system that enables optimized data transfer between head office, stores and terminals governed by rules you have set up. The DD optimizes this process by extracting the dataset only once from the database and only sending out multiple copies as needed.
Integration framework
The LS ERP Connector is a service enabling data import and export from external 3rd party ERP systems.
LS Commerce
The LS Commerce is a service enabling the use of the LS Commerce mobile POS application.
What can be customized
The LS One development suite allows for a lot of customization. It is largely open source and users can add there own plugins with custom functionality and hook triggers to specific operations that are not open source.
